VESICA PISCIS PENDANT

The Vesica Piscis is a symbol of sacred geometry, consisting of two intertwining spheres / circles. The Flower of Life emerges from it as the division continues.

This geometry represents the portal of Light – it is the shape of the eye, the mouth, as well as the portal through which the Spirit is born into matter (yoni – vagina). Therefore, this symbol has always been associated with Holy Femininity and the feminine aspect of creation.

It also represents the first division of Consciousness – the polarity emanating from Oneness.

It is found all over the world, in all cultures. Today, the most famous and popular is the depiction on the cover of the “Chalice Well” well in Glastonbury (Avalon). As well as in the floor plan of the Vatican (where the central obelisk represents the male aspect of creation – the phallus).

In Christianity, it is often surrounded by saints, especially Jesus. It is also said to have been depicted on the Ark of the Covenant.

When we wear or observe this symbol, it brings us back to our core, to balance.
