The incense burner is an excellent choice for resins. You place pieces of resin on the grid (which can be pre-protected with an aluminum foil layer). The tealight slowly melts the resin, and the smoke fills the room with intoxicating fragrances. 

The scent intensity depends on the resin’s quality. You can control the resin’s melting rate because the distance between the burner grid and the tealight is adjustable.
